Horse U for kids!
Group Riding, horsemanship and everything in between for kids 6+
This one of a kind 6 week program will have your child feeling confident in the saddle and on the ground.  Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy complimentary coffee. 
Topics covered include:
•How to keep yourself and your equine buddy safe.
•Horse anatomy. 
•Grooming.
•Why horses do what they do and how to think like a horse.
•How to gain respect and confidence on the ground and in the saddle.
•Basic riding instruction.
•Introduction to a variety of disciplines.
•Different types of tack, equipment and how to use it.
Opportunities for continued riding instruction are available. 
We will have a mini show night on May4th for students to show off their skills!

Cost: $190

Participants must supply their own riding helmet and appropriate riding boots.
