"One day, you will wake up and there won't be any more time to do the things you've always wanted. Do it now." Paulo Coelh

The mares of the herd are responsible for finding food, having foals and taking care of the young all while maintaining their social position within the herd.  Sound familliar?

As women, we wear many hats and sometimes put our own needs last.  Being a mother, employee, friend, sister and daughter can be exhausting.  It can feel as though we are being pulled in many different directions, and often feel guilty about saying no.

Have you ever felt like you've lost your true self sometimes?

Do you need some time to re-evaluate, re-energize and re-engage?

Join us for our "Mares on a Mission (MOM)" program focusing on establishing boundaries,  effective communication and assertiveness all taught by the most beautiful creature on earth: the horse.

This 6 week workshop includes:

  • Instrution by a certified EAL facilitator and training by a 1200lb teacher.

  • A greater understanding of how to take life by the reins, take charge and be the leader in your own life without feeling guilty!

  • New friends

  • Snacks and coffee

  • A renewed and re-inspired mom, daughter, boss, business owner, employee, friend, wife...

Scared of horses?  Great!  The best things happen on the other side of your comfort zone.

All horses are safe, gentle and used to working with people with little to no horse experience.  No bucking broncos here!

Please wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing that you don't mind getting a little dirty as well as closed toed shoes.

We will be in an indoor arena, but a warm jacket is recommended.
