Riding for relaxation
We will be offering riding for relaxation group classes for both kids and adults.
This class is geared towards students who wish to learn to ride recreationally at a slower pace with emphasis on releasing stress and fear in a supportive environment.
The basics of riding will be taught along with visualization, meditation and mindfulness practices that can be applied to everyday life.
Students will also learn groundwork, horse agility and how to communicate with their horse using body language.
No riding experience is necessary and nervous riders are especially welcome to join us.
If you need to make a positive shift in your mindset for 2017 this is the course for you!

- People looking for a way to become more balanced, focused and mindful in their everyday life.
- People who want to get to know horses but may be intimidated by traditional riding school programs.
