We offer certified leadership, skills and communication development programs through equine assisted learning (EAL). Our methods are scientifically researched and proven effective. Every program is crafted around our client’s goals and has measurable results!

 

Our motivation as trained EAL facilitators is to assist you in better understanding yourself and others. We work in partnership with our horses and their instinctual ability to discern quality leadership in a straight-forward and non-judgmental way.  Most importantly, our programs hone your communication skills and benefit your relationships.  

 

We facilitate organizations, couples, families, women and youth to wisely and assertively communicate needs, goals and intentions. Our corporate clients see an overall rise in employee productivity and relational well-being. These results directly affect profitability by strengthening your teams and encouraging innovation and clear communication.  Our women’s program empowers through self-leadership and discovery of inner strength and confidence for new life directions. Our youth develop skills to lead their peers and learn to manage circumstantial challenges they face daily, such as bullying. Families and couples delight in finding more effective ways to relate and communicate with each other in an incredibly fun environment working with some of the best teachers, horses.

 

Herd Dynamics is an affiliate of Equine Connection. Equine Connection is an internationally respected Canadian EAL program with affiliations in many countries. Herd Dynamics is also a leading member of the Ontario Bitless Organization; works in partnership with Connect! EAL, Blackstock, Ontario; is a member of good standing with the Ontario Equestiran Federation. All of our program leaders are certified EAL facilitators.
